Can we customize equipment according to our farmland needs?

What payment methods are accepted? Is there a letter of credit (L/C)?

We accept T/T, L/C, Western Union. 30% deposit + 70% balance for initial orders.

Is there a minimum order quantity requirement? How to purchase samples?

MOQ is 1 unit for machines; samples are discounted. Contact us for OEM MOQ.

Do you provide installation guidance and maintenance services? How can overseas customers obtain support?

We offer remote video guidance, English manuals, and local service teams in key markets (response time ≤48 hours).

Can the equipment operate stably in extreme weather conditions such as high temperature and high humidity?

Vodar equipment uses anti-corrosion materials and weather-resistant designs (ISO-certified), operable from -20℃ to 50℃.
